The Urbana Group shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use, or inability to use, our rental items. The Customer understands and holds The Urbana Group harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, cost, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising of the use of our rental items.
Cancellation Charges
Please be aware that once this agreement is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments at 6 months prior to the event date are non-refundable. All rentals/services changes must be received in writing/e-mail no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. Services or Goods cancelled by clients 2 weeks prior to the event date are to be paid in full. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been paid in full 1 week before the event.
COVID 19 Exceptions
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, The Urbana Group will allow to postpone any event if restrictions do not allow the event to take place. If the event gets cancelled, the Urbana Group will refund the deposit in full.
